Summer fare at the Pear Tree Teashop
Now that the weather is warming up we'll be changing over to our summer menu.From the beginning of May we'll be serving a choice of freshly made summer salads from our salad bar, accompanied by a selection of mouth-watering savoury tarts, pasties and cold meats. Soup and a hot food option will still be available for those looking for a warm meal - if you're planning to visit with a group and would prefer a hot meal, please call the teashop on 01844 338087 to let us know and ensure availability.
New this year will be ploughman's lunches - local farmhouse cheeses accompanied by freshly baked artisan breads (hand made at the teashop from organic Cotswold-milled flours), served with salads and our own Waterperry apple chutney.
If you enjoy your lunch, why not buy a jar of chutney or a loaf of bread to take home with you? Look out for our order form in the teashop and soon to be online - for breads, preserves, cakes and patisserie. Take away a delicious treat from Waterperry Gardens.

You may have noticed the stunning new photographs of cakes adorning the teashop web page. Like all the food sold in the teashop, these were handmade on the premises and photographed there too one sunny morning. We'll be featuring photos of our patisserie, bakery goods and savoury food in the near future, so if you haven't visited us for a while, have a look at what we've been upto since you were last here, then come in and sample it in person!
