The basic delivery rates quoted on our order pages are to mainland United Kingdom, this excludes Scottish highlands (north of Inverness), Northern Ireland and all off shore islands. Prices for deliver of bulky items, plants and apple juice to these excluded parts of the United Kingdom may be obtained by contacting Waterperry 

The delivery rate of £9.50 quoted for plants is per box, each box will hold six large 2-3 litre pots. It is therefore most cost effective to buy plants in multiples of six. Each additional box or part box delivered to the same address is delivered  for £4.50

Non-bulky items, vouchers and course bookings  may be sent to all parts of the world. Vouchers incur a postage cost of £1 when ordered separately, no charge when ordered with plants or apple juice. Course bookings do not incur a delivery charge.

VAT is included on all goods  where it is applicable and is automatically added to the delivery charges.

We aim to dispatch bulky items via our courier Monday to Thursday for delivery the following day. We do not dispatch on Friday as we cannot deliver at the weekend and do not want our quality plants to be left at a depot to deteriorate until Monday.

If for any reason you are unable to accept delivery personally, please complete the delivery instructions section on the order form giving as much detail as possible. This information is very important as Waterperry Gardens cannot be held responsible for the deterioration of plants that have to be returned to the couriers depot if they were unable to deliver them.

In such cases or if you are absent when the courier calls a card will be left with contact details . You may then re-arrange delivery with them.

Please unpack and inspect your plants immediately on delivery. We cannot be held liable for any deterioration that occurs after delivery.
