We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill this important catering role and to develop the potential of Miss H's. The candidate needs to have experience in a simliar role, to be innovative in developing menus, and in understanding the catering needs of our clientele. The role includes all aspects of the catering function including management of the the team, budgeting, food preparation, costing, pricing, and most importantly planning. This job will involve rotaed weekday and weekend working, and some occasional evening work.

We are recruiting to this varied all-round role working across all our horticultural departments. This position will rotate according to season and departmental need, and covers the Gardens, Nursery, and Fruit sections. This will also provide a support function to the teaching department for plot maintenance, and classroom setup activities.

A vacancy exists for a full-time retail assistant to work in our Garden Shop. This position will involve weekend working on alternate weekends, on a 10-day fortnight rota. The assistant will ideally have retail experience, preferably in a similar environment.
