Booking
Here at Waterperry we welcome coach parties and group visits, but these must be booked in advance.
This allows us to limit the number of coaches visiting each day, ensuring your party don't have to compete with hordes of other people in our gardens and at other facilities.
If you would like us to organize a special event for your group please
contact us as far in advance as possible. We're happy to consider most
ideas! You may like to consider a guided tour of our gardens, orchards or
nursery as part of your visit. All inclusive packages including a range

PARTY ENTRANCE RATE
Minimum 20 persons - £3.85 November 2009 - 5th February 2010 inclusive
£4.70 6th February 2010 - October 2010 inclusive
£4.20 November 2010 - February 2011
Parties under 20 will be charged at the applicable full rate.
GUIDED TOURS
Guided tours of the gardens or other areas (orchards or nurseries) can be arranged at an additional cost of £2.00 per person, or £50 for parties under 25. Evening tours are £7.50 per person extra. These must be arranged in advance so that we can ensure that one of our trained staff will be available.
REFRESHMENTS
Our delightful teashop serves morning coffee, light lunches and afternoon teas. The food is freshly prepared each day from fresh ingredients, and we're also licensed to sell wine and beer. Lunches are served between 12 and 2pm, with all food selected from our counters. If coach party lunches are not booked in advance we can't guarantee the full range of food will always be available to our visitors. Coach coffee stops are also available but must also be booked in advance.
PARKING
A member of staff will meet your coach at the entrance, please phone us on 07548903272, 10 minutes before your arrival so that we can be ready for you. We will direct your coach driver to a parking space. Tickets and information will then be given to your party on the coach and our staff will be available to make sure that your visit goes smoothly.
DISABLED FACILITIES
All buildings at Waterperry are accessible by wheelchair users and those with limited mobility, and we have disabled toilets and parking places. Wheelchairs are available on site, but you may want to call and book one if you're planning to visit during traditionally busy times.
The gardens are mainly flat with good accessibility. Most paths are gravel surfaced and this may make wheelchair pushing hard in some areas. If you have any concerns please call us beforehand and we'll do our best to accommodate any specific needs.
FRESCO TOURS
Tours of our beautiful frescoes situated in the main house are available at £5 per person but please contact us direct if you have a particular date in mind. They will also be open free to visitors on the following dates in 2010: January 13th, 20th and 27th.
February 3rd and 10th
March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st.
May 5th, 19th and 26th
June 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th.
EXCLUSION DAYS
We will not be taking group bookings on any Bank Holiday Sunday or Monday throughout the season. During the Art in Action Festival from the 15th - 18th July 2010 the gardens are only open to festival visitors.

Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we have contacted you personally by e-mail, telephone or in writing. We will require a £35 deposit, for each visit, payable at the time of booking confirmation, this will be deducted from your total entrance charge. This is deposit is refundable in the event of cancellation up to 14 days prior to the visit, no refund will be made after this time.
