Waterperry Gardens is easily accessible from all directions, situated only 4 miles from Junction 8 & 8a of the M40. We are 6-7 miles from the centre of Oxford, 50 miles from London and and 70 miles from Birmingham. All major local routes are signposted with brown tourist board signs to Waterperry Gardens. If you miss these follow directions to Wheatley and then pick up the Waterperry signs again, the gardens are approximately 2.5 miles from Wheatley.

From Oxford: Follow directions for A40 East - London. On the A40 take the third exit, 2 miles after passing the Thornhill Park and Ride, signposted for Wheatley and Waterperry Gardens follow the brown signs.

From Birmingham -M40 South - Exit Junction 8a for Oxford Services follow directions towards the services then at the second roundabout take the exit signposted Oxford A40, after 0.5 miles turn right again towards Wheatley and Waterperry, follow the brown signs. Do not join A40

From London - M40 North - Exit Junction 8 for A40 Oxford then take first exit approx 1/2 mile Wheatley and Waterperry, turn immediately left on leaving A40 , follow the brown signs to Waterperry.

By Public Transport: From Oxford City Centre take the Arriva Bus 280 to Church Road, Wheatley (Call Travel Line 0871 200 2233 for an up to date timetable). From Church Road Wheatley you will need to prebook a taxi. Please call the taxi company Courtesy Cars on 01865 343575. All Waterperry customers are offered a special fare of £7.00 one way).
