Summer Concert

4th July

Tickets for this concert will be available on the door.  Please note the gates open at 5.30pm.

Join us for a relaxing concert in our outdoor amphitheatre for a programme of classical music.

Enjoy a picnic in the garden during our specially extended interval lasting an hour and a quarter and experience the magic of Waterperry on a summer's evening.

The Chamberhouse Winds will present a programme of classical music including Rossini's Overture to the Girl In Algiers, Mozart's Overture to the Marriage of Figaro and very appropriately for the date, Sousa's 'Stars and Stripes'.

Cushions can be hired for concert seating.

Tickets are non-refundable and the concert will go ahead except in extreme weather conditions.

Tickets cost £15 for adults and £12 for children aged 18 and under.

Watch artists in action at Waterperry this summer

16th July to 19th July

200 artists take over the Waterperry estate at the largest arts festival of its kind in Europe.

Art in Action gives visitors a unique chance to watch artists demonstrating their skills and then to have a go themselves in our hugely popular practical classes.

Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control, the string quartet and programme for this concert has had to be changed.  The programme will now consist of a Divertimento and the String Quartet in C K465 (the 'Dissonance') by Mozart and Schubert's Quartet in D minor D810 (Death and the Maiden).

They will be performed by The Collective Quartet led by Simon Hewitt Jones.

Join us for a relaxing outdoor midsummer concert, where you'll hear a programme of classical music performed in our beautiful outdoor amphitheatre.

Enjoy a picnic in the garden during the extended hour and a quarter interval and experience the magic of Waterperry on a summer's evening.

Cushions can be hired for concert seating. 

Tickets costing £15 for adults and £12 for children aged 18 and under, are available by calling 01844 339254 and are non-refundable.  The concert will be held except in extreme weather conditions.

The concert starts at 6.00 and will end at 9.00pm.

Following on from their hugely popular appearance at Waterperry in 2008, Heartbreak Productions return in August 2009 with the family classic, 'The Wind in the Willows'.

Join Mr Toad, Ratty, Badger and Mole as Waterperry's beautiful ornamental gardens provide the backdrop for this magical family event.

Gates open one hour before the performance for picnics in the garden adn the show starts at 6.30pm.

No seating is provided so please bring your own picnic chairs of blankets.

Tickets are non-refundable and cost £12 for adults and £7.50 for children aged 18 and under.

Wild Walk and Breakfast

Let our wildlife expert Ernie Bingham help you discover more about the birds heading off for warmer climes - and those we can expect to see this winter.

The walk is followed by a hearty breakfast in the Teashop and a slide show.

Suitable for children aged 11 and over, accompanied by an adult.

Places are limited and must be booked in advance by calling 01844 339254.

Tickets cost £16 for adults and £12 for children aged 18 and under.  Meet in the main car park and bring binoculars and appropriate clothing!
