We will undertake the practical drawing of a variety of geometric patterns and perhaps discover something unexpected. \nGalileo wrote that the language of the universe was written in the characters of mathematics and geometrical figures. Leonardo da Vinci came to understand that geometry was the language which nature used to write her laws. Drawing with compass and straightedge is also a unique creative activity\, described by H. E. Huntley as one of the most intense joys the soul can experience. \nThe retreat leader\, Barbara Ryan\, has taught Sacred Geometry to children and adults for many years\, online and in person.
