This retreat introduces the Bhagavad Gita in a grounded, accessible way – with a focus on how its ideas can be applied in everyday life.

Across three days, the experience unfolds from understanding moments of disruption and inner conflict, through to a clearer view of what yoga actually means beyond postures, and how its different paths take shape in practice.

Alongside the sessions, the retreat includes daily yoga and mantra meditation, with space to reflect and consider how this carries into your life.
