If however you are dissatisfied with anything that you receive from us, for any reason, we would ask you to contact us immediately, normally within 24hours, in order to discuss the problem.

If you receive goods from us that you did not order and they are not approved substitutes, please contact Waterperry immediately. We will ask you return the items to us within 7 days, in an unused condition and in their original packaging. We will then arrange to refund the costs of the goods and any incurred postage costs to your credit or debit card on receipt of the items.
If you receive from us any plant in an unacceptable condition, please contact us immediately, normally within 24 hours. We will ask you return the items to us within 7 days. We may also ask you to take a picture of the plant, so we can see its condition when it arrived with you, rather than when it gets back to us. If the packaging was damaged we may ask you to also return this to us. We will then arrange a replacement or refund as you request to include any costs incurred by you.
However do please bear in mind the nature of the plant you are buying, deciduous shrubs will look bare and twiggy and herbaceous perennials may have nothing to see above ground in the winter.
All our hardy plants; shrubs, herbaceous perennials, alpines, herbs etc. are covered by a one-year guarantee. If any of your Waterperry plants die from natural causes during this time please contact our customer service department. We will require a picture of your plant and your order number. We will then arrange replacement or refund as appropriate. This guarantee does not cover plants that have died from neglect or because the cultural instructions sent with your order have not been followed.
Damaged Or Defective Goods
If any goods sold by Waterperry Gardens Ltd are defective or in any way unfit for purpose, or damaged in transit prior to delivery, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours. Then return the items to us, in their original packaging, within 7 days. We will then organise replacement or refund as requested.

Physical Goods – You may cancel your order with us at any time prior to dispatch, please e-mail your notification to us.If you do not wish to keep any of your purchases from Waterperry Gardens, you may return them to us within 7 days, in an unused condition, in their original packaging and we will provide a refund. In such cases, where there is no defect or damage to the goods, we are not able to refund your postage costs. If the goods are not returned to us in a resalable condition we also reserve the right to withhold a proportion of the costs.
2.a. Courses- Waterperry Gardens will endeavour to provide courses as advertised. However, in the case of unforeseen circumstances or due to insufficient student numbers, we may be obliged to alter the course content or cancel the course. In such circumstances, a full refund will be given.
2.b. Day/Weekend Courses- Course bookings require 15 working days’ notice of cancellation from the date of commencement of the course. NO refunds will be given without the relevant notice period. 2.c. RHS and Termly Courses- Royal Horticultural Society courses and Termly courses require 8 weeks’ notice of cancellation from the date of commencement of the course.
